Band 5 Registered Nurse

Various hours – Bank/Full Time/Part Time (0 – 44 hours per week)

Job Description:

· Provide, communicate and implement nursing care plans ensuring that quality person centred care is delivered at all times.

· Dispense and administer medication in accordance with prescriptions, always complying with NMC guidelines and our organisations policies.

· Act as clinical expert and advise, guide, and inform colleagues on clinical issues associated with the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of care.

· Maintain clinical practice through regular clinical updates. Ensure that their own practice reflects current clinical knowledge and evidence demonstrating a high level of skill.

Qualifications:

· Must have current Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC) registration

· DBS check

· Previous experience of working as a Registered Nurse for more than 1 year is preferred
